SELAVIP funding opportunity
SELAVIP is offering grants of up to US$ 60,000 for innovative housing and shelter projects working to meet the needs of low-income households in developing countries. Project proposals are sought that address a range of issues related to the complex reality of homelessness in developing regions, from direct housing provision to promoting community based processes aimed at securing shelter.

To be considered, projects should be completed by September 2011 and any housing or shelter construction should cost no more than $US 1,000 per household.

Please note that the closing date for this has now passed and that SELAVIP are no longer accepting applications. Thank you.
